Has your child dreamed of playing in the NHL?
Today my middle child will feel like an NHL superstar when he takes part in the the Future Sens Program. This will be the third time one of my kids’ teams has participated in this program where the team selects another to play before a Senator’s game at Scotiabank Place. The Future Sens game gets broadcast on the big screen, the teams get some Senator’s paraphernalia, and then everyone gets to stay for the real NHL game later that night.
Today we have two teams going from our Centre. The Centre Hastings Grizzlies Novice Leo League team is taking on the Bancroft Jets, and the Centre Hastings Grizzlies Novice team is taking on Quinte West. Our kids are looking forward to dreaming big and playing on the big ice, the parents are looking forward to the smiles, and one last chance to be together for the end of the year.
